Marbled Hatchetfish is a peaceful and uniquely shaped freshwater fish known for its hatchet-like body and beautiful marbled pattern. As a surface-dwelling species, it adds distinct visual interest and activity to the upper levels of the aquarium. Best kept in groups, it thrives in calm, planted tanks with a secure lid, as it may jump when startled.
