We are committed to ensuring enjoyment of your purchase and experience with Aquarium & Reptile Depot. To avoid any issues, we suggest you research any livestock or product you are unsure of and manufacture's warranties before you order. Because of the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping livestock & supplies, we cannot refund or accept the return of any livestock or supplies. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel an order. Please make your selections carefully. All sales are FINAL. No guarantees. No warranties. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. 

MANUFACTURER DEFECTIVES & WARRANTIES
Aquarium & Reptile Depot is not liable for manufacturing defects and warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly for defective and/or warranty issues.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
If you send us an unauthorized return, we will not process the return and items will be forfeited.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY POLICY
Aquarium & Reptile Depot DBA Aquarium Depot Inc. shall in no event be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, for injury to any property or to any person, by reason of the person's negligence or otherwise in connection with the safe, delivery, installation or use of the products and/or provision of services pursuant to this agreement, and purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Aquarium & Reptile Depot DBA Aquarium Depot Inc. against further liability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing Aquarium & Reptile Depot DBA Aquarium Depot Inc. shall in no event be liable for lost profits arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement. All of our prices are subject to change. All transactions and prices must be verified and approved by Aquarium & Reptile Depot DBA Aquarium Depot Inc. If the price is incorrect due to an error, misprint, or typo, Aquarium & Reptile Depot DBA Aquarium Depot Inc. reserves the right to decline any order. Some of the photos/graphics associated with some products in our store are not necessarily exactly representative of the exact item they are associated with, but may be shown with additional products for display purposes.
